On Cultural Conflicts in Teaching

Abstract:

As a special activity to promote individual socialization,teaching is an important step of social integration, and it must experience the process of mutual exclusion and mutual construction with cultures of different time and space and different groups. To promote the development of cultural conflict service teaching, teachers need to deeply grasp the basic connotation of teaching cultural conflict, systematically examine its main types, dialectically analyze its pros and cons for teaching, and on this basis, creatively transform the destructive potential of cultural conflict through thought leadership and institutional construction. In the long run, this is not only conducive to the formation of more flexible teaching activities, but also to the construction of a more stable teaching structure.
