The Value Examination and Practice Path of Labor Education in the New Era

Abstract:

Labor education is an important part of my country’s education policy, an essential part of cultivating the all-rounded development of talents, and an important part of forming a higher-level talent training system. The new era injects new connotations into labor education. To a certain extent, labor education in the education system can further highlight the social value of labor, improve the quality of talent training, and promote the harmonious connection of talent training from theory to practice. At present, there are prominent problems in the promotion of labor education, including conceptual cognitive bias and weakening of value guidance, lack of management system that affects the implementation mechanism of labor education policy, imbalance of resource allocation that affects the practical effect of labor education, and the imbalance of evaluation system that affects the accurate grasp of the effectiveness of labor education, and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to build a comprehensive education concept of “big labor education”, using curriculum construction as a breakthrough to promote the achievement of labor education goals, and giving full play to the guarantee function of the system and optimize the labor education evaluation system, so as to actively promote the practice of labor education.
