Research on Performance Evaluation of University Scientific Research Investment from the Perspective of Discipline Classification

Abstract:

The performance evaluation of scientific research in universities is an effective method to diagnose the governance ability of universities, and it is also an important basis for implementing resource allocation, supporting the strongest, strengthening the special. Taking universities directly under the Ministry of Education as the object of study and starting from humanities and social sciences and natural sciences, factor analysis can systematically analyze the investment performance of universities in scientific research, and strengthen the specificity, pertinence and accuracy of the evaluation system.The influence factor is set and the score is calculated to ensure the accuracy of the extraction.In addition, according to the weight ratio, the empirical research on the performance of scientific research investment is carried out by combining the scores of common factors, comprehensive scores and rankings of universities, and the comprehensive analysis conclusion and evaluation result are formed.
