Systematic Preparationand “Platformized Management” Exploration of Online Teaching ——Take Xi’an Eurasia University as an Example

Abstract:

The online teaching caused by the epidemic is an unprecedented “Encounter” for most colleges and universities in China, and how to ensure the quality of online teaching is a major issue for them in the future. The practice of the transformation of online teaching in colleges and universities shows that the realization of the virtual equivalence of online and offline teaching quality depends on the comprehensive and systematic reform of colleges and universities. Platformized development will be an important trend in the future digital transformation of higher education. Colleges and universities need to construct a platformized development capability model from the dimensions of relationship, ability, organization, performance and culture, implement a platformized management model, and reconstruct the education form.
