Abstract:

“Teacher Education System with Chinese Characteristics”is a reflection of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in the field of education. In-depth study on how to improve the teacher education system with Chinese characteristics is an issue of the times, and it is necessary to discuss the shortcomings of the teacher education system with Chinese characteristics and strive to make up for them. The development of high-quality teacher education needs to be based on the national mission of Chinese-style modernization,to face up to the practical problems of building a high-quality teacher team faced by the development of high-quality education in China,to boldly explore the teacher education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and to dare to innovate new theories,new ideas,and new methods of teacher education rooted in China,so as to form a new development pattern of teacher education with“Chinese characteristics and world-class”. The Chinese-style modernization development of teacher education not only possesses the basic aspects of modern teacher education, such as legalization,institutionalization, and specialization,but also meets the large-scale demand for basic education teachers,and has shown unique characteristics in promoting educational equity and realizing human modernization. In the era of Chinese-style modernization,teacher education and teaching need to build an open and diversified teaching culture,create a three-dimensional intelligent teaching environment,establish a multilateral co governance teaching system,and comprehensively promote the realization of the modernization of Chinese-style teacher education and teaching. Clarifying the logical starting point and signs of the modernization of teacher education from the perspective of demand is a powerful measure for teacher education to modernize,and it is also the only way to realize China’s modernization and talent-based strategy to strengthen the country. Comparing ourselves with the world’s education powers,it’s necessary to reaffirm the nature of normalcy in the process of Chinese-style modernization to fully demonstrate the global significance of normal education as a Chinese teacher education model.
