The Construction of Early Education Governance Community for Ill Family Relationships Children

Abstract:

The problem of early education for ill family relationships children,which mainly consists of children from single-parent families,marital conflict families and step families,has increasingly become a typical problem that is widely concerned by the society. The critical role of early education for individual,national and social development as a fundamental means of counteracting the negative effects of disadvantaged children has been recognized by the international community. Within the framework of the ill family relationships children early education governance community, the governance body composed of government departments, business departments, non-governmental organizations/non-profit organizations, and ordinary citizens should provide diversified education based on the early education needs of different types of children. In this way, the application model of the early education governance community can be well applied in real life, and by balancing the contradictions of early development, building a governance linkage mechanism, and optimizing the governance accountability system, an early education governance pattern of co-construction, co-governance, and sharing is formed.
