Abstract:

To construct an education system serving life-long learning for the whole people is the goal of the modernization of educational governance as stated in the communiqué of the fourth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China continued to pay attention to the collaborative innovation and common development of education at all levels, and the construction of the education system should move towards the direction of comprehensiveness and precision. Education is the mother machine for the lifelong growth of the whole people and the essential element of a strong country. It should play a leading, foundational and overall role in the process of building common prosperity. In particular, building an education system that serves lifelong learning for all should be taken as the core goal of national governance for optimizing people’s livelihood design. The basic problem of the current education system is that the post-vocational education system is much weaker than the pre-vocational education system, and the industry does not have a good environment for lifelong learning and growth, it can not support a sustainable upward path to national intellectual wealth. The construction of a high-quality education system serving lifelong learning after full-time employment has become the top priority in the modernization of educational governance and classified management, and the integration of science and education and the co-prosperity of industry and learning in universities with intersecting functions are necessary lessons for groups to strive to achieve common prosperity.
