Characteristics of the New Education Experiment Value System and Its Realization Path

Abstract:

The value system of New Education Experiment is developed gradually in 20 years of educational practice. It has three basic characteristics, which are people oriented, attaching importance to people’s subject value; devoting to practice, attaching importance to educational action; and believing in vision, attaching importance to the motivational value of common discourse. The realization path of the New Education Experiment value system includes: achieving peoples’ value based on teacher development; achieving the practice value of education action by “ten actions”; and achieving the value of New Educational Experiment community through shared vision. The value system of New Education Experiment is formed in the action of new education community and is being perfected in practice.
