Refining Teaching Proposition: A Required Course for the Professional Growth of Famous Teachers

Abstract:

Refining teaching proposition and forming teaching theory is a required course for the growth of famous teachers and a key link in the cultivation of famous teachers. “Finding concept” “defining” and “building theory” are the three steps or strategies for famous teachers to refine the teaching proposition. “Finding concept” is the concept that famous teachers look for to illuminate their own experiences. Let the concept illuminate their experience. The concept is like a “light” to make famous teachers “see” themselves. “Defining” means that famous teachers define their own teaching, define their education, set up a banner for themselves, create a “soul eye” for their own teaching, and “see” the “soul” behind their experience. “building theory” is that famous teachers conduct metaphysical thinking and research on their teaching, form profound and logical theoretical interpretation, and build a “skeleton” to support their own experience. Refining teaching ideas is a necessary stage for teachers to move from excellence to brilliance and finally to educators.
