A Study on the Complexity of Education

Abstract:

Education is a kind of complexity existence. First,there is a dilemma between “natural starting point” and “humanized starting point”. Second,the three educational elements of educator, educatee and educational influence are relatively independent and mutually defined. Third,the explicit purpose of education,namely “becoming a man” and “becoming a talented man”,should not be neglected from the implicit purpose of education,namely “becoming oneself” and “achieving things”. The fourth is that the implementation field of education includes not only the school as the “main domain”, but also the family, society and nature as the “secondary domain”, and the direction of the main domain and the secondary domain are often inconsistent. The fifth is the types of education and the levels of education are interwoven vertically and horizontally, forming a three-dimensional network structure of “classes within classes, layers within layers, layers within classes, and classes within layers”.
