Abstract:
In order to define the music key competencies that primary and secondary school students should possess, the competency model technology widely used in other fields was introduced for the first time. The music key competency dictionary of primary and middle school students was compiled. The behavioral event interview method was used to establish the music key competency model of primary and middle school students. In this model, there are six components: aesthetic sense of music, musical creativity ability, musical perception ability, musical appreciation ability, musical ethics sense and musical transfer ability. According to the requirements of the music key competency, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the reform of music education in primary and middle schools.
