Research on the Path to Enhance Professional Maturity of Management Graduate Students in the Artificial Intelligence Era —A Configuration Analysis Based on Enrollment-Training-Employment

Abstract:

Against the backdrop of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,improving the professional maturity of management graduate students is crucial for them to adapt to industry needs and achieve high-quality employment. Based on the enrollment-training-employment framework,this study combined a questionnaire survey with fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis and administered it to graduating management graduate students,so as to examine the configurational effects of high professional maturity,selecting AI-driven academic background matching,AI-supported career orientation,AI-optimized personalized courses,AI-enhanced professional training,AI-assisted job search guidance, and AI-based market demand feedback as conditional variables. The research results reveal three configuration paths of high professional maturity,including “academic collaboration”,“practice matching” and “employment-oriented”. The research results also provide a theoretical basis and practical path for colleges and universities to build precise enrollment,personalized training and efficient employment support in the era of artificial intelligence,provide a new perspective on the enrollment-training-employment linkage system, and offer an important reference for promoting high-quality talent training and the realization of full employment.
