The Connotation, Practical Dilemmas and Optimization Paths of the Stratified and Categorized Training of International Chinese Language Education Professionals From the Perspective of Industry Needs

Abstract:

The stratified and categorized cultivation of international Chinese language education professionals can more fully and accurately meet the development needs of the industry and support the high-quality development of the discipline of international Chinese language education. Guided by industry needs, it is of great significance to pay attention to the individuality and differentiation of students, expand the depth and breadth of subject content, and improve the flexibility of the training model. At present,the cultivation of international Chinese language education professionals still faces the dilemma of the disconnection between theoretical foundation and practical application,the single mode of professional talent cultivation,the lack of clear objectives of professional talent cultivation,the imperfect construction of postgraduate supervisory team, and the lack of a sound platform for overseas internship and practice. This dilemma can be solved from five aspects: integrating theoretical and practical curriculum,constructing a diversified talent cultivation model,connecting cultivation objectives and industry demands,improving the construction of graduate student supervisory team, and expanding overseas practice platforms for graduate students.
