“Local Modernization”of Digital Education Resources in Rural Schools: Origin Characteristics and Path

Abstract:

The “transfusion-style modernization” of digital education resources in rural schools has problems, such as resources not meeting the needs of rural teaching,ignoring the uniqueness of the countryside,and insufficient endogenous power of the resources. Rooted in the countryside,the construction of digital education resources in rural schools should follow the path of“local modernization”. That is to say,the development of digital education resources in rural schools should be based on the rural field,using digital means to fully absorb the nutrients of urban education resources,and then form a resource construction method suitable for the modernization of rural education. The“Local modernization”of rural digital education resources has characteristics such as presence,integration,and interactivity. Based on the construction concept of“local modernization”,resource builders should establish the awareness of “harmony without difference”;should follow the rural demand orientation,and pay attention to technological empowerment;should improve the endogenous power of resource construction and mobilize the enthusiasm of rural teacher resources;should pay attention to internal and external linkage and improve resource feedback adjustment mechanism.
