The Construction of Ethnic Education Think-tank with Chinese Characteristics:Traits, Responsibility and Practice Path

Abstract:

Ethnic education think-tank with Chinese characteristics play an important role in deepening educational reform, resolving educational contradictions and promoting the process of national educational modernization in ethnic minority areas.The core value concept followed by ethnic education think-tanks with Chinese characteristics is People First, while the fundamental mission is promoting ethnic integration, and localization is the cultural gene. Also, it undertakes the historical responsibility including innovating ethnic education theory, deepening ethnic education reform and guiding ethnic education practice. At the same time, the methods of building a mature ethnic education think-tank with Chinese characteristics including further promoting the reforms, encouraging to establish same international education think-tank, perfecting scientific evaluation systems, strengthening the native talents training, and building a think-tank system of ethnic education with Chinese characteristics and other practical paths.
