Research on the Times Requirements, Reality Foundation and Promotion Paths of “Double High Plan” Higher Vocational College Construction

Abstract:

The construction of “double high plan” higher vocational colleges is an important measure to train technical and skilled talents, improve the quality of higher vocational education, and promote reform and innovation in higher vocational education. Higher vocational colleges should deeply grasp the time requirements of self-development in the era development, take root in China and show Chinese characteristics, and demonstrate the role of the times and focus on high-level construction. On the basis of increasing openness, deepening integration, and increasing organization, high-level vocational colleges in China need to actively explore effective ways of improving internal governance capabilities, innovating talent training models, and improving education and teaching levels through professional (group) construction, shared service platform construction, “double-typed qualities teachers” construction and the cultivation of technical and skilled talentsfocusing on capacity improvement, in order to promote the modernization of vocational education in China and provide high-quality technical and skilled talents support for economic and social development .
