The Epoch Connotation and Practical Path for the Community with a Shared Future Between Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

Abstract:

A Community with a shared future for colleges and enterprises in vocational Education is a “four-in-one” community composed of “school-enterprise interest community”, “school-enterprise emotional community”, “school-enterprise cultural community” and “school-enterprise responsibility community”. It is the highest form for school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education, with distinctive features of symbiosis, inclusiveness, openness and complementarity. In order to build a community of shared future of vocational education schools and enterprises and realize the value and mission of vocational education in the new era, it is necessary to build consensus of justice and benefit on development, a symbiotic cooperation mechanism, build an open and inclusive cooperation culture, and implement the responsibility subjects.
