Abstract:
The survey shows that the phenomenon of “Superficial-practical curriculum schedule” is common in primary and secondary schools,and the lower the school level, the higher the learning period, the more serious this phenomenon is. The major and minor subjects in the school curriculum are in a wide range of positions. This phenomenon is more of a consensual acquiescence. Primary and secondary schools adopt the contradictory practice of “Superficial curriculum schedule” as a non-functional ceremonial existence and “practical curriculum schedule” as an informal code of conduct, so as to cope with the contradictory technical and institutional environment pressure of different interest subjects at the same time, thus forming the phenomenon of “Superficial-practical curriculum schedule”. Only perfect match the elementary education curriculum reform with the examination recruitment system, evaluation system, the completion of the weak school development, optimization of form a complete set of curriculum management mechanism and rewards and punishment mechanism to balance interests of evaluation subject and implementation main body structure, cultural reconstruction of curriculum reform in order to shape the main body of curriculum implementation of “Superficial curriculum schedule” awareness and contract, in order to realize the effective governance of the “Superficial-practical curriculum schedule” phenomenon.
