Dialogical Man and Its Education Construction

Abstract:

Today is the age of dialogue. Contemporary people have strong dialogical needs and notable dialogical features. The theory of human nature hypothesis of Dialogical Man not only has distinct characteristics of the times, but also integrates various theories of human nature in history, which is more in line with the orientation of contemporary philosophy. The dialogical man has a series of new personality qualities and characteristics. It is a person who has dialogical consciousness and ability, generates dialogical reason and develops dialogical life. Constructing the dialogical man in this new era has put forward new requirements for education. School education should change and rebuild itself to form a dialogical education from constructing dialogical system, implementing dialogical teaching, applying dialogical management, cultivating dialogical aesthetics, creating dialogical life and constructing dialogical citizens, so as to form dialogical education and construct dialogical man.
