Modernization of Teaching Governance: Challenges of the Times and Practical Turn

Abstract:

In order to meet the new needs of talent cultivation for social transformation and technological change, teaching governance is facing the challenges of the times, such as upgrading the level of talent cultivation objectives, applying diversified teaching modes, enriching the technical quality of teaching process and reconstructing teaching values. Therefore, we need to pay attention to the integration of multi-subject participation in the teaching process, the incubation and integration of diversified teaching modes, the construction of technology-rich teaching process and the reflection on the value-leading function of the governance process. And in practice, teaching governance should complete the transition from “top-down” teaching management and control to “multi-subject participation in teaching governance”, from “single classroom teaching optimization governance” to “hatching and integration of diversified teaching models”, and from “upgrading the technical quality of teaching tools” to “upgrading the technical quality of teaching process”. Only in this way we can effectively achieve the goal of promoting the modernization of teaching process through the modernization of teaching governance.
