摘要:

科学教育是提高全民科学素养、培养科技创新型人才、加快建设教育强国的关键基础和重要基石。科学教育政策对开展科学教育工作具有重要的规范和推动作用。我国科学教育政策经历了发轫垦拓时期、探索推进时期、全面深化时期和守正创新时期四个阶段。通过回顾历史可知,以顺应时代需求为基点的动力机制、由工具理性走向价值理性的价值取向、由政府主导走向多元治理的架构设计、从笼统模糊走向严密规范的内容安排等构成了科学教育政策的演进逻辑。未来,应继续加强顶层设计,彰显科学教育的中国方案;建设高质量教师队伍,凝聚科学教育的中国力量;构建全链条课程体系,打造科学教育的中国风格;优化教育生态体系,构筑科学教育的中国模式。

Abstract:

Science education is a key foundation and important cornerstone for improving the scientific literacy of the entire population,cultivating innovative talents in science and technology,and accelerating the construction of an education power. China’s science education policy has gone through four stages:the initial pioneering period,the exploration and advancement period,the comprehensive deepening period,and the period of maintaining the integrity and making innovations. By looking back at history,it can be found that the evolutionary logic of science education policy is manifested as a dynamic mechanism based on responding to the needs of the times,a value orientation from instrumental rationality to value rationality,a structural design from government-led to diversified governance,and a content arrangement from general and vague to strict and standardized. In the future,it is necessary to continue to strengthen top-level design to highlight the Chinese approach to scientific education;build a high-quality teaching team to consolidate China’s strength in scientific education;construct a full-chain curriculum system to create a Chinese style of scientific education;optimize the educational ecological system to build a Chinese model of scientific education.
