Research on the Cultivation of E-sports Reserve Talents in China from the Perspective of Triple Helix Theory

摘要：

后备人才培养是制约电子竞技发展的瓶颈问题。本研究以三螺旋理论为研究视角,首先,从我国电竞后备人才培养历史脉络中明确政府、产业和学校三大培养主体的形成与发展过程。其次,系统梳理当前我国电子竞技后备人才培养面临的现实困境。最后,从三螺旋理论的三大主体合作关系出发,对现实问题进一步深入剖析,并提出四方面协同治理对策:学校与产业协同,完善人才选拔过程,提高人才培养效率;产业与政府协同,加强组织管理水平,释放人才发展潜力;政府与学校协同,健全退役保障机制,保持人才供给的持续性;政府、学校与产业协同,完善政策体系建设,增强社会认同。

Abstract:

The cultivation of reserve talents is a bottleneck problem restricting the development of e-sports. This paper takes the triple helix theory as the research perspective,and adopts the methods of literature analysis and logical analysis. Firstly,it clarifies the formation and development process of the three major training subjects of government,industry and school from the historical context of the cultivation of e-sports reserve talents in China. Secondly,it systematically sorts out the current practical difficulties faced by the cultivation of e-sports reserve talents in China. Finally,starting from the three main cooperative relations of the triple helix theory,this paper further analyzes the practical problems,and puts forward four aspects of collaborative governance countermeasures. School-industry collaboration:improve the talent selection process and improving the efficiency of talent training; industry-government collaboration:strengthen organizational management and release the potential for talent development; government-school collaboration:improve the retirement guarantee mechanism and maintain the sustainability of talent supply; government-school-industry collaboration: improve policy system construction and enhance social recognition.
