数字技术赋能高校教学的特征、挑战和优化路径*

摘要:

数字技术赋能高校教学是通过数字技术与教学的深度融合,在内容、方式和场景方面为教学赋予新动能,表现为课程资源突破时空、知识融合跨越边界和认知观念平等分享的内容泛在化,传授手段精细高效、方法组合灵活多样和学习节奏交互加速的方式快捷化,感官上立体逼真、情感上交织共鸣和意识上专注忘我的场景沉浸化。同时,面临一些因泛而怠、因泛而散、因泛而惑等挑战,存在深度学习欠缺、数字素养不足、代际数字鸿沟加大等障碍,还存在设计难题、普及困难、现实脱嵌等瓶颈。宜从自律自觉和自我调节、激发内部动机、自主选择和判断等方面来提升自主学习水平,从培育思维、提升技能、深化意识等方面来推进“数”“实”深度融合,从技术资源的开发、各方资源的统筹、人力资源的整合等方面来强化资源配置能力。

Abstract:

The empowerment of higher education teaching by digital technology involves the deep integration of digital technology with teaching, providing new momentum in terms of content, methods, and scenarios. This is manifested as the ubiquity of content, characterized by course resources breaking spatiotemporal constraints, knowledge integration transcending boundaries, and the equitable sharing of cognitive concepts; the streamlining of methods, reflected in precise and efficient teaching techniques, flexible and diverse combinations of approaches, and accelerated interactive learning rhythms; and the immersion of scenarios, featuring multi-dimensional sensory realism, emotional resonance, and a focus that fosters a flow-like state of complete absorption. At the same time, there are some challenges such as laziness due to generalization, dispersion due to generalization, and confusion due to generalization; obstacles such as lack of deep learning, insufficient digital literacy, and widening intergenerational digital divide; and additionally, bottlenecks arise from design difficulties, challenges in widespread implementation, and detachment from real-world contexts. It is advisable to improve the level of autonomous learning from the aspects of self-discipline and self-regulation, stimulating internal motivation, autonomous choice and judgment; promote the deep integration of digital and real from the aspects of cultivating thinking, improving skills and deepening awareness; and strengthen resource allocation capabilities from the aspects of developing technical resources, coordinating resources from all parties and integrating human resources.
