不同国家小学全科教学或学科分工教学的时代成因分析*

摘要:

本研究分析了不同国家小学全科教学或学科分工教学的时代成因,有三点发现。第一,无论是政府介入较早的德国,还是自由探索新教育的英国,抑或采用全科正教员教学的日本,其小学都主要选择全科教学,实施儿童综合教育。第二,苏联在中学阶段注重知识性教育,在小学阶段亦采取以全科教学为主的形式来推进儿童综合教育。第三,我国在民国时期曾尝试推行小学全科教学,但因师资水平参差不齐而呈现小学全科教学与分科教学并存的局面;新中国成立以来,缘于不同时期小学教育的特定发展任务,我国小学阶段逐步发展形成以学科分工为主的教学模式。新时代,小学阶段不应再局限于单一的学科教学,而是要基于儿童的可持续发展、整全发展,进行跨学科综合教育。

Abstract:

This study analyzes the time-causes of generalist teaching or specialist teaching in primary schools in different countries,and there are three findings. First,regardless of whether it is Germany where the government intervened earlier,the United Kingdom which is free to explore new education,or Japan which uses generalist teachers to teach,its primary education mainly chooses generalist teaching and implements comprehensive education for children. Second,the Soviet Union paid attention to knowledge-based education in middle schools,and primary schools also adopted the form of general education to promote children’s comprehensive education. Thirdly,during the period of the Republic of China,China tried to promote generalist teaching in primary schools,but due to the uneven level of teachers,the situation of coexistence of generalist teaching and specialist teaching in primary schools appeared;since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,due to the specific development tasks of primary school education in different periods,Chinese primary schools has gradually developed and formed a teaching mode based on specialist teaching. In the new era,primary schools should no longer be limited to a single subject teaching, but should conduct interdisciplinary comprehensive education based on children’s sustainable and holistic development.
