摘要：

建党以来,中国共产党国家安全教育的演进历程大体可分为以维护国家主权为核心的国家安全教育萌芽期、以维护国家政权为核心的国家安全教育雏形期、以综合安全为主要内容的国家安全教育奠基期和以学校教育为主导的国家安全教育发展期四个阶段。从整体上看,中国共产党国家安全教育呈现出以人民安全为宗旨,从注重传统安全走向坚持总体安全,从以社会教育为主走向系统化、规范化学校教育的特征。进入新时代,国家安全教育应明确教育宗旨,提升全民国家安全素养;加强整体规划,完善以学校教育为主导的国家安全教育体系;多元主体参与,保障国家安全教育全面实施。

Abstract:

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the evolution of the national security education of the Communist Party of China can be roughly divided into four stages:the embryonic period of national security education with the maintenance of national sovereignty as the core; the embryonic period of national security education with the maintenance of state power as the core; the foundation period of national security education with comprehensive security as the main content; and the development period of national security education dominated by school education. On the whole, the national security education of the Communist Party of China presents the characteristics of taking people’s security as its purpose, from focusing on traditional security to adhering to overall security, and from focusing on social education to systematic and standardized school education. Entering the new era, national security education should clarify the purpose of education and improve the national security literacy of the whole people;strengthen overall planning and improve the national security education system led by school education; ensure the full implementation of national security education with the participation of multiple subjects.
