深度学习的发生学原理及实践路向*

摘要:

深度学习作为一种学习样态,是机器学习和学习科学领域普遍关注的核心话题。从发生学视角审视深度学习的历史发展谱系,可以发现机器学习与学习科学视域下的深度学习既存在发生共性,又有概念解析上的认识误区。了解深度学习如何发生,需从脑神经作用机制、“认知神经科学”发生的“身—心”关系、文化与情境互动构建等方面进行发生学原理的关键释义。推动深度学习发生原理的实践转化,助力我国教育现代化发展与学习型社会构建,可以通过建立“学习机制—教学转化”的跨学科应用程序、构建交互式场域的学习共同体、架构“知识获取—意义生成”的立体化与个性化教学设计、创设具有文化品性与生活实在的智慧学习环境来实现。

Abstract:

As a learning paradigm, deep learning is the core topic of the general concern in the field of machine learning and learning science. Viewing the historical development genealogy of deep learning from the perspective of embryology, we can find that deep learning in the field of machine learning and learning science has the commonness for the occurrence and the misunderstanding for the concept analysis. In order to explore how deep learning works, it's necessary to elucidate the cerebral nerve mechanism, the “body-mind” relation that occurred in cognitive neuroscience, and the construction of interaction between culture and context. To promote the practical transformation of the principle of deep learning and facilitate the development of education modernization and the construction of a learning society in our country, it can be achieved by establishing an interdisciplinary application program of “learning mechanism-teaching transformation”,constructing a learning community of interactive field, architecture the three-dimensional and personalized teaching design of “knowledge acquisition-meaning generation” , and creating the intelligent learning environment with cultural character and real life.
