Abstract:

After-school service is an important part of the modernization of basic education, and concerns about the coordinated supply of after-school services are directly related to the effective realization of high-quality education goals. Based on the actor-network theory (ANT) perspective, this study constructs an “actor-network” analysis framework for the collaborative provision of after-school services, and analyzes the internal operating mechanism of collaborative supply of after-school services in terms of the in-depth analysis of the four links of “problem presentation—interest alignment—member recruitment—organization”. On this basis, it is necessary to build a driving mechanism of “shared interests—shared responsibilities—value co-creation”, a relationship connection of “information disclosure—mutual trust and reciprocity—overlapping consensus”, and a multi-layered institutional system of “deliberative access—assessment and evaluation—adjusted exit”, to improve the quality and level of collaborative provision of after-school services in schools, helps basic education achieve high-quality development.
