Reform of Governance Theory and Reconstruction of Curriculum Governance Logic

Abstract:

The support of governance theory is demanding for any governance. The Western governance theory based on “government withdrawal” downplays and weakens the power and status of national governance,which obviously has logical flaws and results in “failure” in governance practice. In recent years,under the influence of Western governance theories,decentralization and devolution of power,construction of a multi-polar and multi-polar governance system,and realization of multi-power sharing and multi-subject co-governance,have become the strongest voice and the greatest consensus on the reform of the curriculum governance system,making curriculum governance practice Facing severe risks of deviation,loss of control and failure. With the highlighting of logical defects of Western governance theory and the “failure” of governance practice phenomenon,governance theory has undergone profound changes. Particularly,the rise of meta-governance theory,national construction theory,and the theory of “returning to the state”has strongly promoted the reconstruction of the national governance system. To reconstruct the logic of curriculum governance is the key to strengthening national governance and reconstructing the national curriculum governance system. As national administrative power,curriculum governance must follow national, political, collaborative, and institutional logic.
