The Formation Mechanism and Avoidance Strategies of Preschool Education Risk

Abstract:

Preschool education risks in a narrow sense refer to events or situations that occur in kindergartens and are related to young children. The risk classification of preschool education has a certain diversity and presents a progressive pattern. The overall risk of preschool education has the characteristics of easy recognition, and a small number of preschool education risks are difficult to recognize because of their concealment. Lacking of management from the government and the intersecting and cumulating of various risks in preschool education may lead to difficulty in perceiving the risks. Therefore,effective identification procedures and identification subjects are the important basis for identifying risks in preschool education. The occurrence of risk is unavoidable when incidental risk factors are combined with the relevant activities of the entity. The current preschool education risks are mainly generated by the interaction between people and the environment as the carrier,by ignoring or misreading risk information as the way,and by the government supervision“anomie”as the crux. It is necessary to prevent the occurrence of preschool education risks or reduce the harm degree of preschool education risks from four aspects:policy guarantee,technical guarantee, system guarantee and legal guarantee.
