The UK’s overseas international schools of basic education occupy a global leading position in terms of scale, profit, quality and reputation, showing its excellent global competitiveness. It is relevant to not only soft power of culture and education of Britain as well as natural language advantages, but also macro overall planning, propaganda and supporting coming from English government. At the same time, it has a bearing on organizers’ diverse system, and multicultural curriculum and educational philosophy explored by overseas international schools in particular practice either. However, increasingly fierce market competition, frequent international and local crises, and the shortage and loss of teachers all bring great challenges to the development of overseas international schools in the stage of British Basic Education. In recent years, Chinese government departments have also begun to encourage basic education to “go out”.
