“Dasein” and “Therein”: The Dilemma and Way Out of Moral Life in School Field

Abstract:

It is of great significance to survey school moral life from the field perspective and to place morality in abroad context of school life. Based on the theory of school social organization, this paper constructs a basic analysis framework in the school field, which understands “dasein” and “therein” from four aspects of relationship, organization, behavior and curriculum, and focuses on the “dasein” moral life difficulties of students the beings in school field and explores ways out of the “therein” moral life.The manifestation patterns of the “dasein” moral life difficulties in school field include the alienation of the relationship between teachers and students, the boring moral life in the class organization, the dysfunction of moral life in the classroom behavior, the lack of pleasant sensation of moral life in the field of moral curriculum,etc. The ways out of the “therein” moral life in the school field are to care about the whole life existence of students, to realize the moral education value of class organization, to construct the moral education significance of classroom behavior field and to inherit the moral contents of the moral course field.
