Mass Incidents of Rural Teachers in the “Internet+” Era: Evolutionary Mechanism, Governance Dilemma, and Early Warning of Avoidance

Abstract:

There are two types of mass incidents of rural teachers, which mainly include events induced by the damage to the rights of the teacher group and events induced by the damage of the individual rights of teachers. In the “Internet+” era, the two types of mass incidents of rural teachers have their unique evolutionary mechanisms, and the emergence of mass incidents of rural teachers is “concealed”, the form is “two-way linkage”, the development is “diffusion”, the impact is “broad and deep”, and prevention and control are “complex”. Under the new situation, rationally analyzing the influence of “Internet+” on rural teachers’ mass incidents, aiming at the regular characteristics of the occurrence and development of rural teachers’ mass incidents in the “Internet+” era, jointly building a community of destiny for rural teachers in the era of big data, making full use of the forecasting function of big data under the background of “Internet+”, and ensuring the reasonable expression of social tension in rural education under the background of “Internet+”, are the effective ways to avoid and warn of mass incidents of rural teachers in the era of “Internet+”.
