Analysis of The Famous Teacher’s Identity: Return, Expansion and Transcendence

Abstract:

The identity of the famous teacher is the interpretation and reinterpretation of experience in the life course of the famous teacher and the gathering of all forces to construct a complex self-image in the connection of development,and it is the ultimate torture to “who am I”.The famous teacher in the famous teachers’ studio should first return to the learner’s identity,pay attention to change through qualitative learning——how the famous teacher view significant fundamental changes of himself and the surrounding world and the role of learning in shaping human beings,so as to realize the growth of the famous teacher’ self-life.The identity of the famous teacher is expanded to be a designer of learning activities and a guide of learning process in a famous teacher’s studio.The transcendental identity of the famous teacher developes from the teacher leader identity ,which is aimed to promote the professional development of teacher group, to the educator-type teacher identity. This is also the highest realm of the development of the identity of a famous teacher.
