Research on the Influencing Factors of the University Teachers' Authority from the Perspective of Students

Abstract:

In this study, interviews and questionnaires were used to investigate 1525 university students in 8 universities. Factor analysis method and mean analysis method were used to analyze the influencing factors of the authority of university teachers. The research shows that the influencing factors of university teachers' authority include personality factor, knowledge factor, teaching factor and identity factor. There are some differences in the degree of influence of the four factors on the university teachers' authority. Personality factors have the highest degree of influence on the university teachers' authority, followed by knowledge factors and teaching factors, and identity factors have the lowest degree of influence on the university teachers' authority.
