Endogenous Development: Dilemma Breakthrough and Path Choice for Small Rural Schools

Abstract:

The Endogenous development is “human-centered” and an internal development concept focusing on human service. Applying the theory of Endogenous development to examining the small rural schools, its internal subjects despise their own education and do not trust the quality of small rural schools in rural. Under the condition of emulating the solidification and single teaching mode of the city, the openness and creativity of the teaching are confined. The development orientation of rural schools converges with that of cities, and innovation and exploration are suppressed. Endogenous development orientates the perspective of research to small rural schools, and provides new ideas for the development of small rural schools, by ways of breaking through the existing difficulties of small rural schools by improving the educational ability of educators, integrating local culture into school curricula, building a cluster development model that emphasizes internal governance,and constructing ‘One Teacher and Two Assistants Live Broadcast’ classroom teaching with live network technology.
