Abstract:

The relationship between higher education, industry, and city is not only an important form of spatial social production in modern times, but also an important factor affecting economic and social development. Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the relationship between the three has gone through three stages: generation in construction, adjustment in transformation and upgrading in innovation. More than 70 years of spatial practice have shown that the status of government and market in resource allocation directly affects the trend of the relationship between the three, and urban transformation, industrial transformation and university transformation have a linkage relationship. At present, the relationship between the three is moving towards a new stage of reshaping during changes, and new changes will take place from spatial form to functional mechanism, and it will be the new mission for the university to move from the participant to the creator.
