Construction of University Teaching Quality Monitoring System Based on Teaching Academics

Abstract:

In order to speed up the construction of high-quality education system,universities need to break through the bottleneck of teaching quality monitoring that emphasizes teaching over learning,and build a“four-theory-in-one”theoretical system and a“four-facet-in-one”practical system for teaching quality monitoring based on teaching academics. The theoretical system of “four-theory-in-one”takes teachers as the foothold,takes teacher development and students’meaningful learning as the goal,takes excellent teaching,academic teaching and subject academics as the support point,and takes the emotional experience,opportunity value,practical wisdom and communication ethics as the focus. The“four-facet-in-one”practice system starts with concept baptism,paradigm following etiquette and interest-based etiquette,motive forces with full participation, full process monitoring,and comprehensive evaluation;foundation based on personal rules, college standards,and school planning;and carries out based on reflection and guidance,communication and guidance,and educational reform guidance purposes. The university teaching quality monitoring system based on teaching academics has the advantages of theoretical relevance, practical implementation,and meshing of theory and practice,which can organically combine the quality monitoring of teaching with the quality monitoring of learning.
