The Value Implication,Realistic Dilemma and Practical Approach of Art Education in Colleges and Universities in China

Abstract:

Art education in colleges and universities is an important starting point for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating virtuous people in Chinese colleges and universities,and it is also the only way to realize aesthetic education in colleges and universities. Art education in colleges and universities in China should inherit and carry forward the traditional Chinese art culture, generate and practice the concept of integration of five educations in colleges and universities, cultivate and enhance students’ artistic innovation ability, and attach importance to and strengthen the ideology and politics of art courses in colleges and universities. At present,the art education in colleges and universities in China is faced with realistic dilemmas,such as ignoring the inheritance of traditional art culture,ignoring the cultivation of students’ innovative consciousness,ignoring the practical course teaching,and the poor effect of ideological and political education. Based on this, the development of art education in colleges and universities in our country should further build a “government-college-society” trinity operating mechanism, develop a curriculum system that integrates art theory and practice, promote the professional develop-ment and educating ability of art teachers in colleges and universities, and improve the collaborative education mechanism of art education and the ideological and political curriculum in colleges and universities.
