Abstract:
A high-quality school culture is a culture that contains wisdom, reveals beauty, and internalizes integrity, and includes explicit and invisible ways of life. Using the explicit culture at a glance to identify the implicit culture that is taken for granted, thus presenting a panorama of school culture, which is of great significance for building a better educational life. Compared with explicit culture,school implicit culture refers to the culture located in blind,hidden, and unknown areas. Its generation mechanisms are:alienation mechanism rooted in human nature, organization and text, fuzzy mechanism generated by structure, management and knowledge,and joint mechanism of life, work and cooperation. The implicit culture management strategy of the school refers to the method and way of implicit culture management of the school, including three progressive strategies: multi-dimension identification strategy, mechanism utilization strategy and conscious transcendence strategy. By using these strategies, we can avoid cultural embarrassment, resolve cultural threats, enjoy cultural security, enhance cultural understanding,have cultural confidence and achieve cultural transcendence.
