The Reform of Practical Training Courses for Normal University Students Under the Concept of Evidence-Based Education: Taking the Practical Training Course of “Primary School Teacher Training Project” as a Case

Abstract:

The cultivation mode of primary school general subject teachers is an important practical path to solve the difficult problem of the construction of teachers in western basic education, in which a high-quality teacher education curriculum system is the key to ensuring the quality of talent training. Practice courses occupy an important position in the curriculum system of normal university students. Taking the concept of evidence-based education reform as a guide to carry out teacher education practice curriculum reform and teaching research,on the one hand,it can directly improve the quality of curriculum implementation,on the other hand, it can accumulate evidence and experience of evidence-based teacher education curriculum reform. The research proposes an action research framework of evidence-based teacher education curriculum reform based on the“target model” of curriculum development, presents how to reconstruct the objectives and content framework of practical training courses based on different evidences, and puts forward the effective teaching organization form of the practical training course for normal university students and evaluates the course plan and its effect.
