An Analysis of Germany’s Strategy for Promoting the Internationalization of Education with Digital Technology

Abstract:

Germany’s use of digital technology has opened up a new development path for promoting the international development of German education, science and research. This is an inevitable choice for Germany to implement the strategic layout of global scientific and technological cooperation and promote the internationalization of education under the international competition landscape. The internationalization process of German education was further promoted by actively assiting international cooperation projects focusing on digital education, building a digital curriculum and academic exchange platform, guiding enterprises to participate in the export of digital education products and services, and encouraging NGOs to participate in the coordination of international cooperation projects. This has promoted the international flow of students to a certain extent, enhanced the international reputation of German universities, and played an active role in helping developing countries realize the modernization of education through educational aid. Germany’s use of digital technology to promote the internationalization of education has certain enlightenment and reference, which are significance to China.
