Study on Practical Path for Transformation of Cross border Ethnic Education——In the Perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative

Abstract:

The Belt and Road Initiative provides new perspectives and open up new spaces for the cross border ethnic education to transform from frontier ethnic education to the modern cross border ethnic education with the characteristics of cross border education to form a complete logical idea. The transformation of cross border ethnic education is guided by the theory of a community of shared future for mankind, based on the general trend of the world’s general exchanges as the historical basis, and based on the development goal of educational modernization as a practical basis to form a complete logical path. The transformation and development of cross border ethnic education is a multi pattern change, manifested as a spatial pattern characterized by boundary breakthrough, a cultural pattern characterized by cultural integration, and a practical pattern characterized by mosaic development. The practice of cross border ethnic education should move in a direction that is not only conducive to the construction of the Belt and Road, but also conducive to the innovative development of cross border ethnic education. Based on the idea of transformation, cross border ethnic education should update the concept of educational development and build an institutional system for inclusive development; strengthen social governance functions and promote deep integration with the construction of the Belt and Road; improve the level of education modernization, and promote the development of cross border ethnic regional education.
