The Theoretical System on the Cultivation of High-Quality,Professional, and Innovative Teachers Teams in the New Era

Abstract

Abstract:

The construction of teacher teams is a systematic system design and policy practice concerning the development and optimization of teacher resources, including pre-service and in-service education, teacher allocation, management, and development. Since the 21^st century, it has become an important strategic choice and policy tool for countries all over the world to improve the construction of teacher teams. In the new era of pursuing high-quality development of education, the construction of teacher teams needs to be discussed systematically in the interdisciplinary context, basing on policy and practice discourse. It holds that the construction of teacher teams include value theory and priority theory at the social level; system theory, qualification theory, allocation theory and legal theory at the institutional level; reflection theory, development theory, and professional theory at the core level, and discipline theory at the basic level. Through the above four levels of theory analysis, this paper aims to provide an analytical framework for teacher team construction and teacher education discipline construction.
