Abstract:

The modernization of education is a matter of great concern to the education community and the whole society, but people's understanding of it is not consistent. The modernization of education in the new era is to meet the growing needs of the masses for high-quality education and the need to be a powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and a process to establish an orderly education governance system, with fair and quality education as the core, and continuously promoting the comprehensive modernization of education concepts, education content, education methods, education environment, and teaching staff as the main means. The modernization of education is the key support for the realization of national rejuvenation in the new era, the cornerstone of realizing a modern and powerful country with Chinese characteristics in the new era, a prerequisite for realizing the satisfaction of the people in the new era, and the inexhaustible driving force for the sustainable development of education in the new era. The modernization of education has various manifestations, including popularization, fairness, quality, internationalization, informatization, and institutionalization of guarantee. Among them, popularization is the fundamental, fairness is the foundation, quality is the focus, internationalization is the key, informatization is the core and modernization is the support.
