The Circle Structure and Characteristics of Outstanding Teachers' Academic Core Competences

Abstract:

Exploring the structure and elements of university teachers' core academic ability is an urgent need to promote the professional development of university teachers and improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.The teaching and academic ability of outstanding university teachers are presented as a circle-layer structure as a whole, including three circle layers: core layer, middle layer, and edge layer, covering six levels of value, emotion, knowledge, method, interpersonal and technology, each level It is composed of different ability elements and exerts different values and functions.Compared with existing research, the circle structure of teaching and academic ability distinguishes the structural role of different abilities, takes into account the level and specificity, highlights the unique value of value, interpersonal and technical ability, and deepens people's internal cognition of the structure of teaching academic ability, andpresents cultural characteristics and contemporary elements.
