Abstract:

Security issues are the key elements that affect the educational tourism of primary and secondary schools. To provide institutional protection of safety precautions while promoting the educational tours of primary and secondary schools, foreign countries have set up the legislation and policy system of educational tours, by proclaiming specific laws and regulations of its position, promoting the policies and documents about integration of school education and social education, guiding the operational reports of safety precautions and disposal measures, etc. In the implementation of educational tours, schools have established normalized cooperative relations with such main bodies as educational tourism bases, family and professional educational tourism agencies. In consequence, they have formed a synergistic mechanism for safety prevention among all responsible subjects. The construction of a safety prevention system of educational tourism in foreign primary and secondary schools, as well as the coordination mechanism of every responsible party reflects valuable instructions for promoting the successful development of domestic educational tours.
