The Deviation and Coincidence of Reasonable Flow of Teachers in Compulsory Education in the Process of New Urbanization

Abstract:

New urbanization highlights unique values and induces the expected appeals of reasonable flow of teachers in compulsory education.In the process of new urbanization,the deviation of reasonable flow of teachers in compulsory education in China is mainly manifested by the lack of humanistic care caused by the excessive publicity of instrumental rationality;Ethical masking dissolves the fairness of the flow system;The conflicts of interests in the flow field attenuate the operation efficiency of the system;The rhythm of educational Integration indulges the uni-polar order of teachers flow;The congenital defects of the flow system and lack of support close good environment for flow.In response to the deviation of reasonable flow of teachers in compulsory education to bring about teachers flow to meet the requirements of new urbanization,the main strategies include returning to the value rationality and intrinsic ethics of teachers flow system,constructing the “three in one” mechanism of interest balance and the teachers flow mechanism of urban-rural integration,building an open and suitable environment for teachers flow.
