数智时代大学学术伦理构建的逻辑与进路*

The Logic and Pathways of University Academic Ethics Construction in the Digital and Intelligent Era

摘要:

生成式人工智能技术对大学传统的学术伦理带来了结构性冲击,构建新的学术伦理是实现数智时代大学高质量学术研究的重要命题。大学学术伦理是关系伦理、价值伦理、责任伦理的统一,三者相辅相成,构成了数智时代大学学术伦理构建的三重逻辑。作为关系的学术伦理,旨在构建人机共生的学术生态;作为价值的学术伦理,强调技术向善的人文尺度;作为责任的学术伦理,凸显对公共利益的社会承诺。数智时代,大学学术伦理的构建要强化三种逻辑的协同:一是构建“嵌入式”关系伦理框架,形成良好的学术生态关系;二是锚定“技术向善”价值罗盘,确立平等、自由、诚信的人文尺度;三是构建“前瞻性”学术追责机制,提升大学责任伦理的治理能力。

Abstract:

Generative artificial intelligence technology has brought structural challenges to the traditional academicethics of universities. Constructing new academic ethics is an important task for high-quality academic research in the digital intelligence era. University academic ethics represents the unity of relational ethics, value ethics, and responsibility ethics, which complement one another and constitute the threefold logic of university academic ethics construction in the digital and intelligent era. As relational academic ethics, it aims to build an academic ecosystem of human-machine symbiosis. As value ethics, it emphasizes the humanistic standards of technology for good. As responsibility ethics, it highlights a social commitment to the public interest. In the digital intelligence era, constructing university academic ethics requires strengthening the synergy of the three logics. First, an embedded framework of relational ethics should be established to foster sound academic ecological relations. Second, a value compass of technology for good should be anchored to uphold the humanistic standards of equality, freedom, and integrity. Third, a forward-looking academic accountability mechanism should be developed to enhance the governance capacity of universities in responsibility ethics.
