一流大学举办教师教育的发展困境及其破解 *

摘要：

我国一流大学以主体身份参与教师教育,既遵循一流大学办学的社会需求逻辑,也顺应了教师教育的国际发展趋势。目前一流大学教师教育的发展困境表现为非师范类院校教育学科力量薄弱,师范类院校的教师教育资源优势被削弱,大学内部教师教育专业的人才培养与中小学对教师的需求脱节。主要原因在于传统的国家重点大学发展战略缺失教师教育布局、精英化的资源配置模式使得教师教育在一流大学中处于弱势。我国应依据教师教育的政策导向、教师职业的社会需求以及教育学科规律,积极推动一流大学发展教师教育。

关键词: 一流大学, 教师教育, 主体身份

Abstract:

The participation of first-class universities in teacher education as the main body not only follows the logic of social demand for running a first-class university, but also conforms to the international development trend of teacher education. The development difficulties of teacher education in the first-class university are manifested in the weakness of education discipline in non-normal universities, the weakened advantage of teacher education resources in normal universities and the disconnection between talent training of education department in universities and the needs of teachers in primary and secondary schools. The main reason is that the traditional national key university development strategy lacks the layout of teacher education and the elite mode of resource allocation makes teacher education weak in the top universities. Our country should actively promote the development of teacher education in first-class universities according to the policy orientation of teacher education, the social demand of teacher occupation and the discipline rule of education.
