大学生学习方式的理实之路*——基于“国家大学生学情调查”(NCSS)追踪研究

The Practical and Theoretical Path of University Students’ Learning Methods—A Longitudinal Study Based on the “National College Student Survey”

摘要:

在学理与实践的双重规律驱动下,大学生学习方式研究脉络逐步深入到人才培养体系的核心,更加重视跨文化情境的理论内化及本土再造,推进信息化时代大学生深层学习方式转型,成为促进高等教育质量提升的关键。“国家大学生学情调查研究”的结论显示,我国大学生学习方式在结构上以“勤学善思”的学习方式为主,重大节点与事件加速了深浅学习方式动态交织;聚类探索中国学习者类型特色,呈现“游离学习型>混合学习型>浅层主导型>深层主导型”的差异格局,且二年级是学习方式转型的关键时期;向深层学习转型升级需要教与学多方面因素的配合,尤以培养应用型学习观与正向学习环境引导为主,但过高的学业负担感知容易阻碍学生学习效能提升。在未来研究与行动路径上,应持续加强大学生学习方式的本土知识建构,促进分类评价;提升大学生学习适应能力,助力学生过程性发展;优化教学相长的学习环境设计,支持学生深层学习。

Abstract:

Driven by the dual laws of doctrine and practice, the research vein of university students’ learning methods has gradually penetrated the core of the talent cultivation system, paying more attention to the internalization and local reconstruction of theories in cross-cultural contexts, and promoting the deep transformation of college students’ learning methods in the information age, which has become the key to promoting the improvement of the quality of higher education. “Evidence from the twelve years of the National College Students’ Survey” (NCSS) shows that the learning method of Chinese college students is structurally dominated by the learning style of “diligent learning and good thinking”, and that major nodes and events have accelerated the dynamic interweaving of deep and shallow learning methods; Cluster analyses of the types of Chinese learners show the characteristics of “free-learning type > mixed-learning type > shallow-dominant type > deep-dominant type”, and the second year is the key period for the transformation of learning methods; the transformation to deep learning requires the organic integration and cooperation of various factors of teaching and learning, especially the focus is on cultivating an applied learning perspective and guiding a positive learning environment, but the excessively high perception of academic burden can easily hinder the improvement of students’ learning effectiveness. The future research and action paths should continue to strengthen the construction of local knowledge of college students’ learning methods and promote the classification evaluation; enhance college students’ learning adaptive ability to help students’ process development; and optimise the design of learning environments for teaching and learning to support students’ in-depth learning.
